In a few weeks the 4th edition of the Quartiers Numériques d’Ajaccio opens. On this occasion, and following last year’s success, Corsican Tech is organizing for the second consecutive year an acceleration residence for start-ups.
Creativity through escape…
For the second year in a row, this acceleration residence will be held in an idyllic setting conducive to calm and work. If last year the session was held in a villa perched on the road to the Sanguinaires Islands in Ajaccio, this year the organizers have made the choice to turn to the Ajaccio countryside at Villanova.
The principle of an acceleration residence is quite simple. During 4 days and 4 nights, start-ups are supported by a team of coaches and experts.. Among them, the founders of GoodBarber, a start-up based at CampusPlex in Ajaccio which is ranked among the 3 best App builders in the world, the CEO of Demooz or experts from the company builder Ekito, an accelerator with a team of 60 experts who have boosted more than 200 start-ups since 2005.
During 96 hours, coaches and experts work to boost the development of innovative projects thanks to open innovation and contributions of experience. They will also work on the difficulties that digital start-ups encounter by “challenging” them daily.
Call for applications open
The call for applications is therefore open to existing start-ups that are seeking constructive and professional advice for their development.
For the second year, from 10th to 15th June 2017, Corsican start-ups will have the chance to be coached in an idyllic setting 15 minutes from Ajaccio.
To apply, startups must respond before 26 May 2017 by visiting the website www.residence-acceleration-startup.com
